Not that it would much matter, but I noticed that when I set my Bullet M2 to channel -02, and then do a wifi scan, I don't see any activity on the regular wifi channels (1 to 11). Was wondering why that happens.

wifi scan only shows signals
wifi scan only shows signals at the same bandwidth as the node. Since normal PC's, phones, and routers cannot go to 5Mhz/10Mhz bandwidth, they will not show. I think that's great "security" side-effect. ;-)
