Hi all- I picked up a couple AirRouter units for low-cost, in-shack prototyping/testing. I am able to load and run the AREDN-3.0.2-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-bullet-m-squashfs-factory.bin image.
When running this image, the only functional Ethernet port is the WAN port (which acts as the LAN port). The WiFi interface seems to be working fine. I believe this design uses the AR9285 wireless chipset and is considered an "MX" platform. Perhaps this is the chipset as the Bullet M2?
I do see the "!!!! UNSUPPORTED DEVICE !!!!" banner at the top of the GUI. The boardid report is:
node: W3CP-AR1 model: Ubiquiti Bullet M !!!! UNSUPPORTED DEVICE !!!! boardid: 0xe4a2 Device has not been tested. Thanks for taking the risk and testing this unit.
