System Time
I am running various radios, some on the latest FW upgrade, some not. Regardless of the FW number some radios do not sinc to current system. Those that do not sinc to current time are on 4/24/2023. Tried rebooting, reloading FW and updating to latest FW but nothing has changed.

I have an older AR supporting a PolyCom VVX410 phone and the phone is set to Pacific Time Zone and will not sinc to system time as the AR is on 4/24/023 time. Another node is a NS, latest FW, and on 4/24/2023 time. These two nodes are connected to my hAP AC Lite via RF. Any help is appreciated.

Kirby, all you need is to dedicate a computer on the system for running an NTP server.  We have some folks that can help you with that.

System time sync: internet access or local NTP server
Hi, Kirby:

By default, a node requires internet access to sync its time.
Else, a local NTP server is needed and configured in the nodes
Basic Setup -> NTP Server: box.

That part is only partially true.  Yes you can set a local time server on the net, but for the past year or so, the nodes can look for a properly formatted advertised service of a NTP server on the mesh.  I have such an advertised NTP service on the mesh and often have as many as 100 clients with mesh IDs using my NTP server.

What worked for me...

Two nodes updated to latest firmware showed date January 1st and the wrong time. After I entered the time zone and the location settings and pressed the button "upload data to AREDN servers", the date and time got synchronized immediately.
