Does it matter if a US or International version of Uniquiti device is purchase if the Aredn firmware will be loaded?
The US versions are easier to find, didn’t know if there was a hardware limitation on the devices or not?

There is no difference. It is the exact same hardware. They make it sound like there is a difference in all of the literature - but they are identical hardware.
The only difference is the firmware. Once you load AREDN firmware it's now an AREDN device and it doesn't matter.
