Pulling back build #471

All,  we have some reported issues with accessing the UI in build  #471.   Symptoms are the node's UI does not respond.  We've pulled out a recent change to the node's web server and will take a deeper look at the issues.  Meanwhile, please avoid using build 471 and look for the next build available first thing Nov 24, 2018, in the morning.
