Port forwarding not working after upgrade to 3.24.10.0 (HAP AC Lite)

Hi,

I upgraded a MikroTik RouterBOARD 952Ui-5ac2nD (hAP ac lite) to 3.24.10.0 and my previous port forwarding settings don't work anymore.
The port forwarding entries and services entries are still there in the setup page.  I tried to save and reboot, but no change.

netstat -a does not show any listening socket for my services

/etc/config.mesh/_setup.services.dmz and /etc/config.mesh/_setup.services.nat contain my entries

/etc/local/mesh-firewall/59-custom-rules do not contain any of my entries

Is there anything I can do to reactivate the services?
