There's a petition over at http://act.demandprogress.org/sign/trump-pai-attack-net-neutrality/?source=demandprogress&t=3&akid=5715.2690283.61HrSr favoring net neutrality.  As the AREDN networks use tunnels over the internet, we may care about this...

From an AREdN standpoint,
From an AREdN standpoint, tunnels are not intended to be long term solutions in any area, they are intended to get you in just long enough to establish RF connections and then you disconnect them.

Even if AREDN tunnels get knocked to the bottom of the list of priorities the impact will likely be negligible to overall operations.

Net Neutrality certainly has a place to be voiced (and you should be yelling at your ISP that even if the law passes you will dump them) but its impact on tunnels would be negligible/irrelevant so let's not make this out as a doom and gloom for us as there are a lot of other places that will be much more impacted.
