New to meshchat
Mshchat is install on a raspberry
trying to send message an get message error: could get lock ?
Trying to save a file and get message : not enough space?
Something wrong with my installation?

Lock error message?

i saw Francois VE2FDA message but I couldn't see his answer to him message so I'm reposting it.

getting lock error message
Well I see your answer but what does that mean?
Right now I'm just working on sending a message out and get the lock error message.

Usually the lock error
Usually the lock error messages are a result of permissions/ownership issues with the parent directory where the lock file will be created. Look at your config file and inspect the $meshchat_path variable to determine where the lock file will be written. If this is on a node rather than a Raspberry Pi, then look at the amount of free space on the node (you might be out of space without knowing it). See if there are any download files and such that you have on the node that don't need to be there. Also insure that the directory specified by $meshchat_path actually exists.
