MikroTik RouterBOARD 912UAG-5HPnD Bad Gateway

I have a MikroTik RouterBOARD 912UAG-5HPnD running 3.23.12.0 firmware and it has been doing it's job very well but it's time to update this one but I can't get into the Administrative page showing a "Bad Gateway". I have several of the above and this is the only one that has or had this issue and it failed back when the 3.23.12.0 version was released but I figured I would get back to it when I visited the site but never did get back there just for that as it is a secured site. I did the update remotely back then as I did with the other array nodes connected to it. Should also mention that this node is now 1,170 miles from me now!! 

Suggestions anyone?
