To my knowledge a booth staffed by AREDN firmware users or displaying devices running AREDNMESH firmware is not planned.
I am willing to assist, but not staff, as I will be busy with a HV committee.
If you might be bringing outdoor rated AREDN firmware devices to Hamvention and
would like to be current on what is available in the local area, leave a note here or at my qrz.com address.
