File and Printer Sharing
I have explored "HomeGroup" on WIN10 in hopes of seeing other members printers on our local MESH.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to do this?

Wrong direction. Use a SAMBA
Wrong direction. Use a SAMBA server on a Linux machine. It'll do both, even for Windows clients.

Thanks, I have a friend back in Michigan who has been working with SAMBA for about 20 years.  (I feel much better now - I am a dinosaur - pre Unix.  :)
