Hello All,
I have a new UBNT EdgePoint R6 Router that though the Wizard I have setup the unit as a Switch. Now I am trying to setup vlans between my backbone and the Mesh nodes. I think I understand how to Tag a vlan to an eth port but cant figure out how to untag or exclude vlan1 from the Mesh ports. I have this type of vlan configuration working with the UBNT EdgeSwitches but not quite grasping the VLAN setup on the EdgePoint R6 in the Switch configuration. If anyone has had any experience doing this I would appreciate your assistance.
Thank you.

VLANs can be 'trunked' between (802.1q) switches.
You may need a VLAN capable switch at each end to separate the common VLAN numbers
so devices at each end of the 'backbone' are on the same LAN. (?VPN?)
I think AREDN nodes only use VLAN2 on its RF port. (exception is the Mikrotik hAP).
Rephrase:
I think AREDN nodes, on its RF port, only use VLAN2.
I hope this helps,
