We have two Bullet M2 nodes that are having issues in different locations. They are running 3.15.1 and several nodes will be connected, then periodically drop all neighbors (every couple minutes). One or two strongest nodes will stay connected. This is on -2 (2397) 5Mhz width. Before just posting, I searched around and found this ticket from the beta, that was 'worked around' in 3.15.1. One node is on top of a hospital and the other at a hill top repeater site, so they are seeing a lot of noise.
To try and help the issue I added a wget cron job to the strongest node to run scan every 3 minutes. It seems to help some on one node but not the other.

Periodically my Bullet M2 HP loses all its RF links. DtD links remain.
It happened again tonight. I captured the support data and an olsrd debug log per Conrad Lara's instructions and they're both attached.
Running a WiFI scan instantly restores the RF links at the expected LQ and NLQ values.
