Although it is possible to connect to a node on the local network, full access is not available.
Has anyone explored a means to access the MESH network from the local network that will allow MESH Chat access as well as the additional administrative pages.
My AirRouter HP node is connected to the network for Tunnel Access and I can connect easily through the network. However, I cannot navigate around the MESH or access advertised services unless I am connected directly to the node.
I may well be missing something here. The intent would be to simplify and avoid another PC being dedicated to MESH access.
Anyone have some thoughts on this?

1) connect "internet" to your node.
2) connect your PC to your node.
3) leave the "Mesh Gateway" setting disabled (you don't need it for this)
4) use your PC as normal. You can access all mesh resources and all your local network resources (ie. printers, other PC's, etc) and the internet.
(Caveat: ensure that your local network is NOT on the 10.x.x.x network and is something like 192.168.0.x, 192.168.1.x, etc)
That was simple enough. I had not considered this very straightforward approach thinking this would expose the MESH to non Amateur traffic.
It works just as expected. Thanks, Jim W8ERW
