Under AREDN firmware does the PBE-M5-620 QRO to 26 dBm as does the PBE-M5-400?
e.g. Under Ubiquiti firmware is the PBE-M5-620 throttled back to conform to Part 15?

Chuck, the power max settings are derived from AirOS settings. This is the conservative approach as the signal quality would go into unknown territory unless further analysis was done.
