I am trying to understand if the aredn SW provides any method to create custom rules in the OLSR routing without getting out of the official policies, i.e. keeping a node in the "supported" status.

Not currently, if there is some feature you think that exists or need to exist you can file it in bloodhound as a feature request and it can be looked into.
