Can't install MeshChat over Tunnel Node
Probably a good idea NOT to put MeshChat on Tunnel nodes, but I just noticed that if VTUN is installed on a node, the Upload Package "Upload" Button is Grayed out and will not allow installation of ANY packages.

Feature or Bug??

Can install VTUN over MeshChat
Just for grins, we removed the VTUN package, installed MeshChat and then installed VTUN.  Both packages work when installed in that order.
The upload button is Grayed out once again after install of the Tunnel Module.

More info MeshChat and VTUN
It looks like the 2 modules DO NOT co-exist very well on 3.17.1.0RC1 - With MeshChat installed First, VTUN second, VTUN will not connect as a client.
If this is a repeatable case, I suggest that VTUN installation not be allowed if MeshChat is installed.

To do any of the following on
To do any of the following on 3.17.1.0, you MUST "disable" all tunnel connections (not uninstall):
- upload firmware
- upload packages
- upload SSH keys

(after the uploads, you can re-enable them)
