NanoBridge NBM5-25 'Bad Gateway'

I'm trying to resurrect a NanoBridge NBM5-25 I was given, I have no idea how it was set up originally. I couldn't get it to load a ubnt or AREDN gui page. I could force a static IP address on it and ping it, and it does go into tft mode which was promising, so I unsuccessfully tried loading AirOS 5.11. U-Boot Tester showed good/good so I uploaded AREDN 3.16 (Bullet - factory). I initially got the setup NOCALL page but when I tried to save it it said 'invalid lan IP' and wouldn't let me reboot, only quit. Ever since, when I power it up and try to go to http://localnode.local.mesh:8080 it redirects and says 'Bad Gateway – The process did not produce any response'. It pings at 192.168.1.1 when I set my computer to dhcp, so it evidently is serving an IP address, and I get the same 'Bad Gateway' page when I access that IP address on my browser. I can ssh into it using root/hsmm and bring up the AREDN greeting, it ID's as root@NOCALL, file dates are from May, 2016. I have tried re-installing the AREDN firmware with the same results. Any ideas?

Wifi is disabled. Tried closing and reopening browser, power cycling computer and node. Just tried it on my other laptop, wifi disabled with same results.

Hold the reset button for 15
Hold the reset button for 15 seconds to see if it will go back to firstboot (or tftp load the AREDN firmware to firstboot).      Before you change any parameter in setup and save, go the Admin page and click on the "Download support Data" link.   post the data file here so we can take a look at it.

Or better yet try and grab the support data file before resetting as post reset the data is unlikely to be as useful.

The device no longer loads the setup gui but does allow me to ssh into it. Where might I find the support data file in the file system? Then how would I copy it from within that linux shell out to my Windoze laptop?

I imagine I could just do a screen grab, or a couple if the text doesn't fit on one screen.

The support data file can be
The support data file can be loaded directly by visiting http://localnode.local.mesh:8080/cgi-bin/supporttool. It is a minimal application that doesn't rely on nearly as much of the code to work in the backend as any of the other pages.

We added support in develop-162 for it to be (easily) run from the command line but since you are on 3.16.1.0 that feature doesn't exist yet.
You could (on 3.16.1.0) try "/www/cgi-bin/supporttool > /tmp/supportdataout.bin"  and copy that file with a SCP copy tool (WinSCP or similar) it isn't a fully normaly support data file  but its good enough that someone on the team should be able to extract it and pull the data.

If none of that works then it can be done manually:
http://bloodhound.aredn.org/browser/aredn_ar71xx/files/www/cgi-bin/suppo...
We would need a copy of all the files/directorys listed in the @files section (except those listed in @senstive) and the output of every command listed in the @cmds section
