It often takes a LONG time and many "refreshes" before the list of DHCP reservations is complete.
I know the addresses have been assigned, because the devices are working. But not knowing their
addresses complicates progress. Rebooting the node does not help. What can I do to get a complete
list immediately?

Depending on what the device is its possible it has poor coding and isn't actually completing the DHCP reservation process which means the DHCP server on the node would not update the list to show the IP assigned.
