More testing needed!
All the major changes planned for the next production release are in the nightly builds.  We hope to release that production build in a month or so but it would be helpful if more folks wrung out the nightly build.

Although it seems stable with no known issues, we'd like to get more eyes on it.   Consider running a nightly build to help us test it!

I've got the nightly on a few
I've got the nightly on a few of my current RF nodes - I noticed channels 180-184 are gone from the 5 GHz section. Is this a mistake or by design?

Otherwise seems pretty awesome so far! I haven't had a chance to run anything over RF with it yet, though. We have a big deployment coming up mid-May that will rely heavily on RF nodes communicating well to support our cameras. Fingers crossed that the next stable release comes in time for that!

Which Nightly?
Which node?

My LHG-HP5-XL and AR750 offers channels through 184 on
Nightlies 20250407 and 20250409.

180-184 missing on some nodes.
Checked all my nodes that have 5 GHz.

All these on Nightly Build 20250409
hAPac3  Channel 179 is max channel on 5 GHz
AR750  Channel 179 is max channel
Rocket M5 XM  Channel 184 is max channel (two nodes)
RB-LHG-5nD  Channel 179 is max channel
Rocket M5 XW  Channel 184 is max channel (two nodes)
RB-LHG-5HPnD-XL  Channel 184 is max channel on 5 GHz

180-184 missing on some nodes. Not on these at 10 MHz BW.
On Nightly 20250409 on 5 GHz:
hAPac3  Channel 184 is max channel
AR750  Channel 184 is max channel
RB-LHG-5HPnD-XL  Channel 184 is max channel

OpenWRT-One does not do 10 MHz bandwidth!
Channel 184 at 20 MHz bandwidth would be out of band in the USA.

180-184 missing on some nodes. Not on these at 10 MHz BW.

That's not it.  All of mine are 10 MHz BW.  Some show the upper channels and some do not - see earlier list.

Open a ticket on this please, Jim.
Thanks.

Ch 179 limited for PTP nodes
Ticket opened. When I typed it up, I realized the pattern. All the PTP / PTMP are limited to 179 and the Mesh Station go to 184.
According to Tim, that is a known condition.
