Want to change source of Mesh Map on New UI

I found eventually the advanced settings for the map by clicking around.  I changed the url to what I want on our local mesh.  The mini map on the main page went away and won't come back.  When I use the second from the bottom (I think) icon on the left side nav to go to a mesh map, it brought up the correct local map once.  The changes were "committed".  When I returned to the page the mini map on the main page still had not returned and now some strange url I did not type in tries to come up when I click the icon on the left panel.  It's not quite working.     Ed
 

OK, to avoid offending anyone I changed my original post.

The Global Mesh Map only picks up nodes that have an internet connection.  We have MANY that do not.  Also, I prefer to use locally generated mesh maps as they are more up to date, and we have one that is updated every 2 hours.

This doesn't address my need.  I entered the mesh url of the map I want into the field on the new UI and it is not working.  I correctly pasted the url I can go to on the local mesh, and it works in a new window, but does not show on the new UI main page nor does it load when I go to the icon on the left.  I'll try another instance next.

edit ... I changed to a different instance and still no display.  However, when I go into the settings for the embedded map the correct map does display on that settings page.  It just doesn't translate into the main page or the map tab on the left.
