GS108EV3 config

I see several config files available for the Netgear GS108EV3, however none of the seem to cover just what I need.  I have no WAN access available where this switch will be located so no WAN ports required, and while I will be running two DtD connections on the switch between 2 nodes, I only need LAN ports on the switch for one of the nodes.  Is there a config available with 2 Nodes and 6 LAN ports where all LAN ports are on just one of the nodes.  Or can you provide information on how to manually config the switch for this setup.  There will be several LAN devices on only one of the nodes (management computer, VoIP system, camera, etc.) so no need for LAN ports available on the switch for the second node.  Thanks.

If GS108EV3 ~= GS108EV2, then

GS108EV3

Thanks Chuck but already found those files, and while the one you indicate is the one I also saw as well, and it is close to what I want, it's not exactly what I need.  That file sets the switch for 2 nodes and 3 LAN ports on each node, what I want is more LAN ports on one of the nodes on the switch, and less (or no) LAN ports on the other node.  I suppose, since I need more LAN ports on one of the nodes I could use that setup and then daisy-chain a dumb switch to add additional LAN ports, I was just hoping not to have to add the additional hardware of an additional switch.

GS108E-v?
Hi, Bill:
Use
https://www.arednmesh.org/content/gs108e-3-node-4-lan-1-wan
for reference.
Use
https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/GS105E/ProSAFE_Plus_Utility_...
for reference.
You will create at least two VLANs. (Ex. '2' and '11')
If you are going to assign any LAN port to both nodes, you will create three VLANS ( Ex. '2', '11', '22').
On VLAN-2, Tag both node ports. (Ex. Tag port 1 and port 8)
On VLAN-11, Untag all the ports you want to be in VLAN-11.
On VLAN-22, Untag all the ports you want to be in VLAN-22, if any.
Maybe that will work.

I have a GS108PE and have it

I have a GS108PE and have it set up with two nodes and no WAN. Not exactly the same and I'm not sure how/why I set it up like this but it worked, I have since moved on to an edgeswitch but the 108 is in my go kit.

**My GS108 - Ports 1-4 have 48v PoE 802.3af**

Ports 1 & 2 are my 'remote' nodes (DtD - vlan 2)
3 empty (but set to LAN)
4 is for my VoIP SPA525
5 is for the LAN connection (from hAP).
6/7 empty (but set to LAN)
8 is DtD (from the hAP)

You should be able to set yours up as follows (disregard my setup above)
Go to VLAN > 802.1Q > Advanced > VLAN Configuration:
Add two VLANS: 2 (DtD) and 10 (pick a number).
Click VLAN Membership:
VLAN ID: 1
set ports 1-8 as tagged
VLAN ID: 2
Set your two ports for DtD devices as tagged
VLAN ID: 10
Pick the port in VLAN 2 you want your lan on and select untagged on that port and untag the remainder (with exception of the other DtD port).

Port PVID: (I can't remember why I set mine like this)
Port 1: PVID 1
Ports 2-8: PVID 10

In the screenshots below Port two is the device I'm including the LAN ports in.
Again... this worked for me and my setup, I just simply changed the info to reflect what I believe you are looking for.

Looking at that link that

Looking at that link that Chuck provided (I can't use the config files as mine is PoE), but you should be able to take advantange of the 7 LAN, 1 NODE file.
Then look at what the settings are for Port 1, then set Port X to reflect the setting on port1 for the second node. Leave the rest of the ports unchanged and they will be LAN on port 1.

I think you can omit VLAN1

I think you can omit VLAN1.
