I have a brand new CPE510(US) Ver3.26 that I have not been able to flash with 3.23.8.0. I tried the usual procedure with Tiny PXE on Windows ... changed cable, changed machines ... no luck. I don't get the doREAD message after MANY minutes. Mostly it just sits and doesn't complete, one time the LAN light on the node stuck on, and one time it started a boot loop going through all the possible IP addresses in the PXE window.
Is there a new problem with newer inventory? This has been easy many times before. I will try the Linux procedure next but am posting in case there is something else going on.

I decided to try an older version of firmware using Windows and PXE and 3.22.12.0 recovery.bin loaded right away. Just for the heck of it I tried going immediately to the 3.23.8.0 sysupgrade file and it loaded fine, removing an intermediate step.
I don't think there was a corrupted file here as I used two different machines that had independently downloaded the factory.bin for 3.23.8.0
