I have installed ZoneMinder on a remote Ubuntu Server(not dedicated). I can open the system http://my ip/zm 
How can I integrate this sytem to AREDN Mesh.

What do you mean by 'remote'?
Is it an Amazon Web Service host?

What do you mean by 'not dedicated'?

How to make a http server/service available on my local AREDN network?
1. Have the server/service obtain an IP address from the LAN of an AREDN network node.
2. http://localnode.local.mesh/cgi-bin/ports
2a. Reserve that address on the node.
2b. Advertise the service.

The server is just like the 
The server is just like the Amazon server, our university set it up for me and it has a different
internet.
I connect via SSH installing the software.
Since I cannot provide internet through AREDN mesh, I cannot reserve the IP address.
