Nanobeam M5 16 software error

Nanobeam M5 16 software error
Hi,
I have installed software on 2 Bullet M5s with no problem.
I just received a Nanobeam M5 16 with Ubnt 5.5 software which checks out "Good/Good" with the AREDN test program.

I select the Factory Software for upload, the upload %counter counts up and I receive error -6.

Any suggestions?

that is an unsupported device
that is an unsupported device at the moment.
Always check the "Supported Platform Matrix" under the "Software" menu, and/or under the "Docs"menu.

NBE-M5-19 XW Support

The NanoBeam NBE-M5-19 is an XW device.  See our support matrix at http://www.aredn.org/content/supported-platform-matrix ...  Support for it will dependent on the development team solving issues with the XW hardware.
