Where can I find a guide to creating an add-on package for AREDN nodes? Or source code for a simple example?
I mean a package that can be added using the Upload Package button in the Setup > Administration page of a running node. One example is MeshChat, which has an add-on package in the file meshchat_1.02_all.ipk. I'm not asking how to create a complete firmware image with a custom OpenWrt package built into it.
I aim to create a package that contains a configuration file and a few shell scripts, one of which runs as a daemon. No binary files.
