MOU Agreements

Does anyone have a Boilerplate MOU agreement for a node placement in this case would be on a water storage tower but it can work with a tower agreement as well?

Try your local resources first.
If you are in your local city, I would suggest working with local CERT, ARES, or fire to make a case for the benefit of the system and get them to sponsor you. I have had very good luck with this and saved a bunch of money.
