Wade, if you follow the instructions in this forum post (https://www.arednmesh.org/content/configuring-netgear-gs105e-switch-lanwan-ports) it should guide you in the right direction.  The way you have your PVID settings shown, I assume you want to connect two AREDN nodes to the switch, each with its own LAN port.  Here is a table showing example settings for what I assume you are trying to do.

Port Description PVID vlan 1 membership for WAN vlan 2 membership for DtD
1 to Node 1 11 vlan 1 tagged vlan 2 tagged
2 LAN on Node 1 11 nothing nothing
3 to Node 2 22 vlan 1 tagged vlan 2 tagged
4 LAN on Node 2 22 nothing nothing
5 WAN port to Internet 1 vlan 1 untagged nothing

Hope this helps.

I actually think the issue is
I actually think the issue is my GL750 - this is my 'master node' at home.

I cant get one port on the 750 to do 'it all' - show the device on the LAN port on the switch, show the other DTD node and have WAN access

I guess that is why the 750 has 3 ports.
one for LAN, 1 for DtD, one for WAN.
From the information you have given, I do not see the need for a DtD port.
You have a GL-iNet-750 and a Netgear GS108Ev?.
