i recently purchased the NetGear GS108E V3 and set it up as a 6 LAN 1 Node 1 Wan. I used the set up that was on the Forum for a GS105E but made it fit the GS108E. It is not working. Does anyone have the setup for this that works? Thank you

What is not working?
Assuming the WAN port is port #8 - there are only two VLANs to set up.
VLAN 1 has ports 1 through 7 Tagged and port 8 as Untagged
VLAN 11 has ports 1 through 7 Untagged and port 8 as Blank (neither tagged nor untagged)
Ports 1 through 7 have a PVID of 11 and Port 8 has a PVID of 1.

I am working with Rich KE8IJV on getting things set up to get on a tunnel I am providing to him. As Rich stated, we took a GS108E and formated the GS105 1 Node, 1 Wan 3 LAN settings to fit the GS108E. We can access the node in this setup but that is it. There is no route to the outside world. Together, we have troubleshot just about every conceivable roadblock, up to and including purchasing a new GS108E to discredit any hardware issues with the original GS108E. Same results with the new one. We then put the setup as you have described above on to the switch and we made some headway but we are still no closer to establishing a tunnel.
With the setup you provided, we can get an updated date/time, but the node is not able to check for firmware updates as it gives a reply "Error no route to Internet." It also does not connect to my server even though we have verified the tunnel settings through three different people. I have no issues with the others on my tunnel.
On the node, Nano M2, we have the gateway box checked on the basic settings page, and the stock packages for 3.18.9 firmware. I even rolled back one of my Nano M2s to the 3.18.9 firmware, used the same settings as Rich has on his node and have no problems with it on another tunnel network. Rich can connect to the tunnel using a Mikrotik HAP node but not with the M2, so we know that the ISP isn't getting in the way of things.
TWC/Spectrum is the ISP on the client end of this project, with a Ubee cable modem and a Netgear R7000 router providing the home networking. Currently, we are in Month 8 of beating our heads against the wall trying to get this thing to work.

This will provide the necessary 1 WAN, 1 NODE, 2 LAN shown in your diagram.
When you see the node display its WAN address it got from the LAN port of your home router,
we will move forward to port-forwarding your home router and installing and configuring the tunnel.

What are the WAN and default gateway addresses shown on the Main Status page of the Nano M2 (green unit on right side of diagram)?

Move your computer and phone to ports 2 and 3.
Your computer and phone should get a LAN IP address from the node.
The node should get its WAN IP address from your home router's LAN port.
The gateway address of the node will be from your home router.
The gateway address of the node should be the same gateway address as all your 'Home Devices'.

Can you provide a simple graphic of how your M2, the switch and your home network are connected, and the same for the other end of the tunnel?

When you look at the Main Status page on the Nano M2 (right side in Green) do you see an IP address for the WAN and the Default Gateway?
The picture below does not have WAN or default gateway addresses but you Nan M2 should have them.
