I'm not entirely sure which subforum to put this in so here goes. I'm currently working with the TP-LInk WBS210 and have it flashed with the firmware. It doesn't matter if I connect LAN1 or the LAN0 from the PoE adapter to my network, I see it constantly going up and down. On my DHCP server, I see it constantly sending DHCPOffers to the device, but nothing indicating an acceptance. Also, this happens when I have a TP-LInk CPE210 plugged in in place of the WBS210.
I'm looking for any suggestions for where to look. Is it an issue with the cable (I'm using Cat-5e), or the setup? I'm hoping to get this issue worked out, if possible before looking into whether we have to bridge the two ports inside of the WBS210 or not.

port 1: lan devices (untagged traffic)
port 2: wan and dtdlink (vlan 1 and 2 respectively)
I'm not sure what the port labels on the devices indicates, I'm using 1 and 2 generically.

On the device it has LAN0/PoE and LAN1 for the labels. I'm assuming they correspond to Port 1 (LAN0/PoE) and Port 2 (LAN1) in your reply. I didn't notice this issue until I tried connecting the LAN1 (Port 2 from your reply) to my local network and letting it get the IP Address via DHCP. If I set a static IP, the issue persists, but I have no way of verifying it outside of a direct connection to the device and maybe SSH into it, or connecting via the mesh and using SSH. But for the purposes of my question, assume it happens regardless of the setting. The LAN1 (Port 2) port constantly turns on and shuts down.
