Please add Colorado to the States List

We are getting enough folks in the Denver metro area with mesh nodes that it might be helpful to have a Colorado section for those in the area who are getting started, so they know that others are out there and experimenting with mesh networking. And, of course, there may be other folks in Colorado who are experimenting with mesh networking and it would be good to share activities.
