Tunnel request - North East PA
Is there a tunnel i should be connecting to for PA?   There is no RF links on the map or that i know of here in NEPA.

Eastern Pennsylvania - Anything AREDN
It seems to me that contacting AA3JC would be a good start about anything AREDN related in Eastern Pennsylvania.
OTOH, N3FUD (Chip) also has a SUPERNODE and might be a good contact.
