Proxim quickbridge use

New to this and fascinated what I saw at the Southeast Iowa Hamfest on the weekend.
Beyond its native backhaul application is there any value keeping an older pair of Proxim quickbridge dual polarity nodes. Probably 10 years old and sitting in my garage. Don't know if there is any efforts toward integrating this kind of hardware into or with AREDN software.
