Just got a new Ubiquiti PBE-m5-400.
tried tftp of aredn-3.22.8.0-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-rocket-m-xw-wquashfs-factory.bin
using windows 10...
tftp would either timeout with no message. Sometimes long time, sometimes short.
tried aredn-3.22.6.0-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-rocket-m-xw-wquashfs-factory.bin and it loaded immediately.

Hi, Jim:
You have a typo in both *.bin files.
Now that you have AREDN firmware on your PBE-M5-400, try to load the sysupgrade:
aredn-3.22.8.0-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-rocket-m-xw-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
