Unable to reach downloads.arednmesh.org from some networks

Hi everyone. 

I have a puzzler (non-mesh) network issue.  I can reach downloads.arednmesh.org from my home network, but not from the network that hosts a couple of my nodes.  Traceroute shows the connection getting stuck inside Level 3 someplace.  Is anyone else having trouble, or is it just me?
