Hardware Type Error

Hardware Type Error
Greetings.
I am having a problem with AREDN recognizing my hardware on the Setup/Administration screen and it is keeping me from updating firmware. Currently it is showing: hardware type: mikrotik (rb-lhg-5hpnd). I am told by other members of my mesh group that part of this is missing. How would I obtain the rest of the title so that I may update my firmware. Asa side note, when I click on the "charts" tab all I get is a spinning circle. We are thinking this too is tied into the naming error on the Administaton page. Thank you in advance for any elp you may send my way.

What firmware version are you running?

This is what the Administration page is showing. When attempting to upgrade file (aredn-3.20.3.1-ar71xx-mikrotik-rb-nor-flash-16M-sysupgrade.bin) 
  
Firmware CANNOT be updated
the uploaded file is not recognized
Failed to restart all services, please reboot this node.
If I use this file to upgrade, aredn-1769-afb18b3-ar71xx-mikrotik-rb-nor-flash-16M-sysupgrade.bin, I get the Bad Gateway screen.

recent changes for newer hardware revs of LHG motherboards
Be sure to test using the nightly build firmware for LHG models.  This includes the LDF devices which also use the LHG motherboard.    There are some changes in recent models purchased that are not compatible with 3.20.3.1 or early.  Updates have been made to the nightly build.  If still issues with the nightly build, then upload a data support download here.
