Hello, the microtik 5HPnD-XL have only one LAN port, in order to enable the WAN ports is required a managed switch and create a VLAN or there is another approach ?

Yes, Managed switch
Yes, it takes a managed switch. The LAN is not tagged, WAN is VLAN 1, and DtD is VLAN 2. Yes, I wish they did not use VLAN 1 for the WAN (that causes issues on some switches).
