Documentation Page updates

Was looking over the current "Choosing the proper ham band" entry on the Documentation page - it needs a bit of TLC:

• No mention of 3 GHz band
• It says that 5.8 GHz is generally quieter that 2.4 GHz, but is that comparing Part 15 to Part 15 channels?  If so might want to say something about this not applying to use of Part 97 channels.
• Found a minor typo - 'ration' instead of ratio in the 900 MHz entry

I know because I'm plagarizing it for a presentation I'm preparing :-D
