Keith, AI6BX, and I were going to replace a suspect Rocket M2 the other evening on San Marcos Pk (northern San Diego county) and we couldn't get the M2 to come back to us on first boot after a tftp load.
I brought the M2 back to the shack and experienced the same difficulty. I then tried connecting to it via wifi---some of you may not realize you can do this and I didn't think of it while on the mountain top. It worked. But when I entered the initial parameters and clicked 'Save' it came back with
Configuration not saved
parameter 'MAC2' in file '_setup default' does not exist.
