I downloaded the update for ARHP and tried to install it. I did a file choice, but the UPLOAD button was not active.

Tried to re-download, choose etc multiple times ut no joy.

You just need to turn off

You just need to turn off your tunnel link first and the Upload button will work.

You can use the "Download

You can use the "Download Firmware" refresh button to get a list of the firmware appropriate for your node. Then you pick the one you want, and hit "download". And "keep settings". An active tunnel didn't seem to matter here. This is what I did. When you hit download the node immediately goes into flashing the new firmware,(you'll see a screen telling you not to cut power. It takes several minutes.

This path bypasses a check if tunnels are active and if so, increases the chances the upgrade won't take, not enough RAM.
