Recommendations for Ethernet cable?

We use mostly Ubiquiti Ethernet cable and connectors, but have had occasional issues with them that we don't seem to have at sites that aren't using Ubiquiti parts. Is anyone else seeing this? Any recommendations?

There is a known issue with

There is a known issue with Tough Cable and Tough Cable connectors. If you have solid wire cable you cannot use a connector that pierces the individual wires in the cable as it will bend the tines when it hits the solid wires. You have to use a connector that have three tines that are slightly offset from each other so that the tines pierce along side the solid wire and pinch it between the tines. There are illustrations in several threads in the Ubiquiti Community Support forums.
