I've been using the nightly build of AREDN with my CPE510 v2.0 and it's been great no problems on my end so far. I did have a question about the CPR610, it's a 5ghz node with higher gain. The specifications are identical to the CPE510 expect the antenna and grounding screw. Would the nightly release work with this model? I'm willing to buy one and test it out if the developers think it's worth including.

KG6BXW, The cpe610 model hasn't come up before. The effort to get it working is unknown. this could be minor, with only an update to include the model number and power settings into the firmware. If there are different chipsets not in an existing tp-link images, the work will be more involved, in the worse case a showstopper. Only when the device gets in your hands (or our hands) to collect information can we confirm what would need to happen.
With a quick google search, I don't find any prior Openwrt or DDWRT posts on the cpe610. that likely just means it is not a high demand model for the office setup. As a tower site group, we're the minority of OpenWRT based firmware use.
We (mostly Andrew KK4ZUZ) have been working with hams to increase the tp-link models AREDN firmware is compatible with. It's more a question of how long it will take (in our spare time) than a Y/N question, barring a technical showstopper.
I do think it is worth including.
