I am looking for recommendations a weather station that can go on a tower and will last for a long time in harsh weather conditions.
My requirements are it needs to have a web interface for the reports. Wind direction, speed, rain amounts, temp and I think that is it. Other features are just a bonus. Something that will survive occasional snow, freezing, and the heat you would expect on a rock faced mountain on a tower. Not a cheap unit. Has to be something that will last.
Thank you.

I don't know of any offhand that natively support a web page (I'm sure there are some).
We use weewx software (at weewx.com) for generating weather web pages. It's open source software, runs on several different OSes, supports tons of different hardware, and runs easily on a Raspberry Pi running Raspbian.

I am using a system sold by Columbia Weather Systems in two locations. The sensor is made by Vaisala, part number WXT510 paired with the Columbia Microserver.
Not cheap by any standard, however rock solid and reliable: https://columbiaweather.com/products/weather-monitoring/microserver/ (uptime is greater than 8 years on one site)
